Username and Password

If you forgot your username and/or password, log onto CCBill's control panel here.  You need to provide the card or checking account number you signed up with, as well as your e-mail address or subscription number. You will be able to obtain your information after you login.

Your Three Viewing Options

We have chosen three viewing options because we want to make sure that you can get the best possible picture available to you with your internet connection and computer.

The three options are in order of file size:

  1. iPod/Download
  2. Quicktime 6, 400 kb/sec
  3. Quicktime 7 (h.264), 600 kb/sec
  4. Quicktime 7 (h.264), 3200 kb/sec

 



The option that works best for you depends primarily on the speed of your internet connection. For all options, you need a DSL or faster connection.  Dial-up connections will not stream our video clips.

Internet Browser

The video clips will stream best on Mozilla Firefox. Some who use Internet Explorer (especially versions created before May 2007) have had slower loading times. This problem is solved by using Firefox. You can download it for free here: http://www.mozilla.com/.

Upgrade and Install Quicktime 7

We recommend installing the latest Quicktime on your computer. To view the clips in their largest format with H.264, you will need Quicktime 7.04. Click here to download the most recent version of Quicktime available to you.

If you have installed Quicktime, but it will not open when you click on the options: Open your other video players and make sure that the default setting is off.

Security Software Settings

Several customers have reported problems viewing our clips caused by security software installed on their computer. If you have McAffee or Norton virus protection enabled you may have trouble seeing our clips. Check your documentation for how to disable protection for viewing streaming movies.
